Alyssa // CEO, As a co-founder of Remade, I’ve dedicated the past 2.5 years to making sustainable fashion accessible to all, driven by my inspiration from Cambodia’s cultural resurgence and the revival of its art scene. 💚⏳My creativity and strategic leadership make Remade a hub of inspiration and innovation for the fashion industry. 🌍✨ In my free time, I draw energy from my heritage, which fuels my passion for design. 🎨✨ If my style were an upcycled creation, it would be a cozy, timeless blanket sweatshirt—comfortable, welcoming, and timeless. 🧥💫

Eh Dee // Store Coordinator, Drawn to the sustainable fashion industry, I joined Remade to gain experience and share my skills as a seamstress. ♻️ 🌎✨ I deeply connect with Remade’s mission of upcycling, empowering local designers to express themselves through sustainable styles while caring for the planet. 🎶 Outside of work, I enjoy movies and R&B music. ✨ Inspired by Vivienne Westwood’s bold punk style, I envision upcycled looks with dark, edgy fabrics that make sustainability fun and rebellious. 🖤♻️✨

Created in 2022 by Alyssa Erin Kardos Loera and founded in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, ReMade in Cambodia is now a community of 70+ artists creating to raise awareness of the issue of textile waste in our rivers.The way we see it is, If our team of 20-somethings can turn the most forgotten textile waste into fashion on the runway, anything is possible. We're on a mission to scale up upcycling, for our community and planet.
